Losing weight is a question of burning more calories that the amount you consume. To lose weight you need to cut all the high fat foods and all junk foods. To lose weight you need to cut all sweets and foods that are high in sugars. Soda (soft) drinks should be avoided due to their high sugar content. Alcohol consumption should also be minimal since alcohol is fattening in itself.
